We were there last night and it was great! The decor, atmosphere, refined cuisine and good wines, everything was very pleasant. A knowledgeable service that gives pleasure to be served. Everything perfect!

We were there for dinner. Make a reservation in advance. Small short menu with all very delicious dishes to choose from. The food was really good and the service was very good and friendly. We recommend. The only small point of criticism is the speed.

extremely bad price-performance ratio a piece of cake that you almost have to look for with a magnifying glass served with a fork. The restaurant is apparently only geared towards day tourists.

On a rainy Saturday. After we sat down at a table that was unoccupied, the service staff immediately complimented us without further ado, arguing that all tables were reserved and that this table had not yet been disinfected. There was apparently no other option. Until then, I understand the situation and everything is still fine. When leaving the shop, I ask the next guests waiting in the entrance whether they had reserved. No was their answer and so they too were about to leave the bar. Then the above-mentioned service staff came and asked these guests with the Statement; .. a table has just become vacant and occupied it with customers who had not reserved either. Unfortunately we were still standing in the entrance. Waiting a minute would not have been a problem for us. We have never experienced such outrage.

Great ambience and very, almost too friendly service. Only drank coffee, so I can't say anything about the meal. Still, great.

Anyone in Weimar should go to 1900. Great staff. Great food. The ambience is unique. And the boss ... the head waiter from the Hilton is a beginner ... ?

Very good kitchen! Despite the stress (one person responsible for inside and outside), the service was polite and very welcoming. A bit higher in price, but that is consistent with the quality of the food!

Very slow service, we had to go after waiting for 1 hour for our food, no explanation, no apologies received from waiter. Plenty of people got there and left before we run out of patience.

We celebrated our wedding day today in Anno1900. Very courteous, friendly and unobtrusive staff and fantastic food. An all-round successful evening. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Weimar.

Cuisine and service are excellent. Slightly upscale prices, which are fully justified by the upscale cuisine. The location is also excellent in a quiet side street under old trees and yet very central.

Very tasty high quality food in an attractive atmosphere. We had a very small complaint, which was handled very professionally. We'll be happy to come back here on our next Weimar excursion.

Were in the "Anno" again last night, it is always a highlight for us regarding the Weimar gastronomy. Courteous and technically correct staff. The food tasted excellent as always, of course the atmosphere contributes to it. You should definitely reserve on the weekends (Friday / Saturday). And by the way (reaction to another guest), the toilets were very clean! We will be happy to come back.

Flair, style - so rare!

My dish was quite good, but I was less convinced about some of the dishes others had ordered.

Visiting Weimar? Eat here! The restaurant is located in a former Wintergarden from the turn of the 20th century, giving the place a real nice atmosphere. The staff adds to that with their attentive care for their guests. The food is very good, with generous portions. Daily specials complement their regular menu. Bonus: Anno 1900 serves food until late (23:00 Sunday-Thursday / midnight Friday-Saturday), which not a lot of other places in Weimar offer you.

Cozy comfortable, warm greeting, nice environment for chatting. Cuisines are creative, my Caesar salad general tastes ok, but chicken tastes old and hard... , sauce somehow is not the classical one...well, Raviolis are delicious~
